DIY Occlsual Tables

Showing here my diy occlusal tables. The tables themselves are nothing special but the knowledge behind them is very important. Different articulators are oriented differently. That is very important when putting the models in the articulator. The difference between the Camper's plane and Frankfurt's plane is 10-15°. Knowing this one will never again put the models with a rubberband in the Artex articulators. The difference in movements between correctly positioned models and incorrectly positioned models is huge. Of course the best option is positioning the models with the Facebow or a CBCT but the sad everyday reality is that we are far away from this being our modus operandi. So occlusal or Camper's tables like this are the best way of approximation.
